Mabel My daughter is currently working -UTAD - told me in August last year projects in Ink Kitchen as he read a letter of La Vanguardia.

Even at that time I found something really important , especially for those who feel a special interest in the cookbooks and cuisine to generation. Very wise project.

In early December, I received a gracious invitation the opening of "The kitchen in ink" , by 22 December. Invitation I made a big illusion , as expected, although I had to refuse. Personal problems prevented me from attending.

I read also about this time, so we had Jorge Guitián on his blog about his personal contribution in preparing the event.

All these preliminaries we are to herald a extraordinary event for lovers of food , as it has been really, what fills us all with satisfaction.

Gourmet Vogue

In kitchen table at the end of the day, tend to accumulate all the newspapers and magazines that have been dancing around the house. The next day when we go for breakfast , and as the daily press does not come until almost morning, we select something from the pile, to accompany the juice, yogurt and coffee as each.

Lo " equality" is very present today, but despite this, the magazines as "Women Today", "I donate", "Elle" ... and a few others stand out among the other covers that, along with the various presses, with their weekly supplements, are a colorful lot on the table. On the occasion of parties who have recently completed, the amount of reading available , like the inhabitants of the house has increased, which makes the selection of something to accompany the morning snack, allow greater scrutiny .

And then I discover the Vogue, that makes me frown slightly. But then I realize that there is a photo of fashion, and I read it in Gourmet. Take magazine in hand, and stay with their mouths open, were all one.

Most

striking at first sight, are the photos. And the color. Nowadays all magazine photos are usually in color. But the pictures of foods require a special tone. The very professional camera shots usually do artistic , but are by no means "tasty." In my opinion, everyone has their hobbies, artwork, say "gourmet" must have as its main objective, be "tasty."

The sight of a roast fowl either chicken, turkey or quail, whole and unadorned, hardly makes us salivate. But with this color tone , photos of the Vogue No. 2 Gourmet, the goal is met.

Break the photo. The central hollow of the book or magazine, keeps watch in its entirety what is presented, whether landscape, picture, or a pin-up, if you ask me.
